Before each Council or Committee meeting, a business paper is prepared detailing the items that are to be presented to the meeting. There are a number of considerations related to these documents:

1. Readers should be aware that the recommendations and notices of motion as set out in the business paper are simply proposals to the Council for its consideration.

2. The Council may adopt these proposals, amend the proposals, determine a completely different course of action, or it may decline to pursue any course of action.

3. The decision of the Council becomes a resolution of the Council and is recorded in the Council minutes.

4. The business papers and minutes are linked by common item numbers and titles.

To view the current business papers please see below.

Business papers are also available at Council's Administration Centre at Wakeley and at Council's five libraries (Cabramatta, Fairfield, Bonnyrigg, Smithfield and Wetherill Park) the day before the meeting. Business papers are also available at the meetings.
