Fairfield City Council provides public swimming pools for the enjoyment and use of the community. We also offer pool based exercise classes and Learn to Swim programs for all - from children to adults.
There is a 25 metre heated indoor pool and a 50 metre outdoor pool at both Prairiewood Leisure Centre and Fairfield Leisure Centre.
A new 20 metre heated indoor pool is also available at the new Cabravale Leisure Centre in Cabramatta. The pool is heated to 30 degrees celsius and has been designed for rehabilitation and therapy and for organised programs such as learn to swim classes, aqua aerobics and rehabilitation therapy. The pool will be available for casual users as well as an organised program schedule.
