The Planning Proposal applies to land at 687 Cabramatta Road West, Bonnyrigg (also known as Lot 11 DP 611520)

Council at its meeting held on 27 August 2017 resolved to publicly exhibit a Planning Proposal in accordance with the NSW Department of Planning & Environment’s Gateway Determination.

Included with the Gateway Determination, the Minister has also delegated his plan making powers to Fairfield City Council to exercise delegation in the making of this Planning Proposal under Section 59 of the EP& A Act 1979.

682 Cabramatta Road West, Bonnyrigg

Aim of Proposal: The Planning Proposal seeks to rezone the subject land from R2 Low Density Residential to R3 Medium Density Residential to enable multi-dwelling housing development on the subject land.

Applicant: Armenian Cultural Centre Inc

The Planning Proposal is on exhibition between Wednesday 18 October 2017 to Friday 15 November 2017.
