Council at its meeting held on 27 June 2017 resolved to publicly exhibit a Planning Proposal in accordance with the NSW Department of Planning & Environment’s Gateway Determination.
Affected Properties: Various Sites across the Fairfield Local Government Area.
Aim of Proposal: The aim of the Planning Proposal is to correct anomalies as well as respond to issues that require amendments to development standards or inclusion of local clauses.
Applicant: Fairfield City Council ( Council initiated)
The Planning Proposal: Is on Public Exhibition between Wednesday 08 November to Wednesday 6 December 2017.
