The movements of Tai Chi are gentle, graceful and can assist with gaining balance, strength and flexibility.

This exercise style can assist in improving your general health and emotional wellbeing.

Wear comfortable clothing and footwear.

These classes are conducted by Tai Chi  Fitness Australia.
