Fairfield's renowned Spanish and Latin American street food party, Culinary Carnivale, hits town bigger and better than ever on 21 October in Spencer and Ware streets Fairfield from 11am-4pm.
There’s something for everyone with outstanding entertainment, fabulous food fare and free amusement rides. It’s the perfect opportunity to gather the family together for a great day out.
The day will be capped off with a performance from iconic indigenous performer Christine Anu.
While watching the entertainment and feeling the Latin rhythm, visitors can also tantalise their tastebuds with the smorgasbord of Spanish and Latin American treats. Always popular is the 10-metre long barbeque and also available will be mouth-watering seafood paella, empanadas, arepas, tapas, tacos and tamales, and famous South American sweets such as alfajores, caramel dulce de leche and churros .
