Culinary Carnivale to return in 2017
C Major and the Majorettes performed at Culinary Carnivale 2016.
Fairfield’s renowned Spanish and Latin American Food Festival, Culinary Carnivale, will return on 21 October 2017 from 11am to 4pm in Spencer and Ware Streets Fairfield.
Last year C Major, who is often compared to Latin superstar Ricky Martin, thrilled the crowds. C Major came to fame after appearing in the 2014 series of The Voice. This year's main performer is to be announced soon.
Now in its seventh year, Culinary Carnivale will again offer a mouth-watering menu showcasing cuisines from Spain and Latin America in 2017, accompanied by Brazilian dancers, drummers, Mexican singers, football stars and a whole lot more in a friendly family atmosphere.
Last year's culinary delights, the popular 10m long asado barbecue, as well as stalls offering gelato, South American sweets, empanadas, and freshly squeezed juices sweetened with sugar cane are set to return.
Also on the menu are giveaways and free amusement rides, jumping castles, performers and activities.
Culinary Carnivale has become a star attraction of the annual The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Month and has been described as “the best thing to do in Sydney in October”.
Make a date to join this authentic food event and live La Vida Buena (the good life) in October at Spencer and Ware streets, Fairfield.
