Bring It On! Connections Workshops
Council's Bring It On! Connections Workshops aim to build the skills of young people aged 14 – 24 to volunteer in specialised areas at Bring It On! Festival and increase connections with local youth services. This program is being coordinated by Fairfield City Council and is funded by St Johns Park Bowling Club's ClubGRANTS Program.
Participants will be expected to attend all workshops, the Festival Orientation (7 April) and Bring It On! Festival (Sunday 15 April).
Prior to registering for any workshops, please complete the Bring It On! Festival volunteer registration form.

Bring It On! Festival workshops
Film and Broadcasting
Dates: Thursdays 27 March and 5, 12 April, 4.30pm-6.30pm
Location: Prairiewood Youth and Community Centre
Hosted by: Parks Community Network and Decibell Productions
Series of workshops for young people interested in film and television broadcasting, which will include equipment operation, presenting and putting together a production in a news room setting.
Participants will volunteer at the Bring It On! Festival, developing short productions for broadcast at the event on Sunday 15 April 2018.
Be A Game Changer – Sport & Leadership
Dates: Wednesdays 28 March and 4 April, 4pm-6.30pm
Location: Fairfield Youth and Community Centre
Hosted by: Community First Step and Creating Chances
Develop the skills required to be a leader in your community and design and deliver fun and inclusive sports games.
Participants design and deliver engaging and inclusive sports activities that they will deliver at the Bring it On! Festival on Sunday 15 April (including energisers, initiation games, target games, modified sports competitions).
