This report provides details on the exhibition documents including notification letter and community consultation options as part of the Phase Two Implementation of the Fairfield Residential Development Strategy East.  Phase Two recommends options for residential upzoning in the suburbs of Fairfield, Fairfield Heights, Fairfield East and Villawood.

Residential Development Strategy - East (Draft 2009)

The draft Fairfield Residential Development Strategy (RDS), applying to residential areas east of the Cumberland Highway, was reported to Council's Outcomes Committee on 1 December 2009. At that time the draft Fairfield RDS became a publicly available document, placed on public exhibition during the exhibition of Draft Fairfield Comprehensive Local Environmental Plan 2011.
