Stepping On

Stepping On is an exciting, friendly and free community program run by NSW Health.

It is designed to build knowledge, strength and confidence for people aged over 65 years to remain independent at home.  The program covers a range of topics, including vision, medicines and practical exercises to improve strength and balance.

Programs are conducted for people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
