Health and Wellbeing Directory
This online resource was developed under the Healthy Communities Initiative funded by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing.
The directory aims to provide information and contact details for programs and activity groups within the Fairfield area. You will also find information and contact details for state and national service providers or peak bodies who may also be a good source of support.
If you have any questions on using this directory or would like to know how to get your organisation or group added, contact Community Project Officer Amela Ryan on 9725 0871.
