Cabramatta Early Learning Centre has been rated as exceeding the National Quality Standards.
The Centre consists of two playrooms: The Early Learners Room (which caters for children 0-3 years) and the Preschool Room (which caters for children 3-5 years).
We are a multicultural service, staffed with bilingual Educators. We strongly believe in inclusive practices.
Our program reflects The National Quality Framework and within this framework we have the Early Years Learning Framework. To extend and enrich children’s learning, we build on developing secure, respectful and trusting relationship with children, providing them with a secure base for exploration and learning.
We provide an educational program as well as nurturing and caring for children. Our educational program consists of quality learning experiences improving children’s skills in all areas of development.
Our focus is on "play-based" and "interest-based" learning and is catered to each child’s needs. We believe children learn best through play. Our program offers many interesting and challenging play experiences each day to help children gain the required skills that will support and aid their transition into school. We develop skills that enable children to start school as confident, curious, independent and excited learners.
We value the involvement of families. Learning results are most likely achieved when Educators work in partnership with families. Working together helps children’s development and contributes to a higher educational program. We invite our families to become involved by sharing ideas, talents and knowledge. We also invite our families to write in our feedback diary and suggestion box.
Another way in which families can become involved is by joining our Family Advisory Committee.
