New resource hub for club volunteers
Published Friday, 5th May 2017
Fairfield City Council has purchased Club Spot – a library of resources for sports club volunteers.
Club Spot’s resources include training videos, checklists, templates and important documents such as Job Profiles.
These resources cover most of the challenges clubs face, such as raising funds, attracting sponsors and members, running events, applying for grants and many, many, more.
And Club Spot is FREE to all volunteers of clubs affiliated with Fairfield City Council.
As a Club Spot member you will receive a monthly email that is a checklist of tasks designed to coincide with your season point. So if you’re at the end of your season your monthly email will contain a checklist of tasks for finishing the season, such as collecting uniforms, cleaning clubrooms and so on. These checklists will take the pressure away from club volunteers to remember everything that needs to be done and when.
You may have already received an email from Sports Community with your login details. So check your inbox or contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have misplaced it. If you haven’t received an email, all you have to do is register – It’s free as part of our investment in grassroots clubs and their volunteers.
