Visit the free seniors expo at Cabravale

Fairfield City Seniors are in for a treat with an array of engaging entertainment, activities and information at the free Seniors Health Expo at Cabravale Leisure Centre during Seniors Week.

Fairfield City Mayor Frank Carbone said Seniors Week is an important celebration of the contribution to the City of our senior’s community.

“The Health Expo is a great way to get seniors together, get active and find out about healthy lifestyles in a fun event full of activities and entertainment,” Mayor Carbone said.

“I encourage our seniors to come down and enjoy the bonanza of free activities at Cabravale Leisure Centre on Tuesday, 10 April.

“Our senior residents can try a number of activities including pilates, zumba, yoga, tai chi, aqua classes and seniors self-defence.

“There will also be a host of other activities to keep you in good shape including a health expo, nutritional seminar and free hearing checks.

“Come and enjoy time with friends, try some activities and learn everything there is to know to maintain good health at the free Seniors Expo.”

Activities start at 8am and the Health Expo at 9am. There will also be live entertainment from well-known and popular Elvis impersonator David Cazelet. Morning tea will be available from 10am.
