Christmas in Fairfield City Centre

The Mayor is help by enthusiastic children to switch on the Christmas tree lights.

Christmas is just around the corner and, to get us into the spirit of Christmas, Mayor Frank Carbone will switch on the lights of the Fairfield City Centre Christmas tree on Thursday, 3 December.

Come and join us for some festive fun at Epoch Plaza (corner of Station and Nelson streets) from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.

Free activities include:

  • Mayor turning on lights on the Christmas tree
  • Roving entertainment (Rudolph, Snowman & Toy Soldier)
  • ‘The Way’ choir from Our Lady of the Rosary, Fairfield Parish, singing carols
  • A visit by Santa
  • Balloonist
  • Petting Zoo (piglet, sheep, goats, lambs to bottle feed, chicks and ducks to hold)
