High flying daredevil stunts and incredible acrobatics set the stage for Fairfield City Council’s Bring it On! Festival, returning on Sunday 17 April, 10:30am-7:30pm at Fairfield Showground.

The Bring it On! Festival is the biggest Youth Week event in NSW and is jam packed with entertainment, including three stages of performances all day long, rides, workshops a career and education precinct along with food and market stalls.

Mayor of Fairfield City, Frank Carbone, said the festival is a great day out for young people and their families.

“The Bring it On! Festival is run by young people for young people, with high involvement from Council’s Youth Advisory Committee. As a result we have some incredible entertainment in store specifically for our youth,” said Mayor Carbone.

“Crowds will be captivated by an action packed FMX Freestyle Motocross show with stunts such as 180s, 360s, transfers, stalls, backflips and more. We also have Australia’s best gymnasts putting on an incredible acrobatic show of high flying trampoline routines.

“Watch The Pioneers megacrew explore various dance styles such as Reggaeton, Dancehall, Waacking, Vogue, Krump, and Urban choreography. The Pioneers are Western Sydney locals, all hailing from different parts of the area.

“The Bring it On! Festival fosters and showcases youth culture through activities such as the High School Showdown, Band Comp and tricking competitions. There are also many young locals performing in many different styles, from traditional cultural acts to urban dance, including the well known Dauntless Movement Crew.

“The Bring it On! Festival also aims to connect young people with community organisations and services through the careers and education precinct. The participation of education providers, businesses and government services arms young people with the information they need to make informed decisions about their future,” said Mayor Carbone.

Entry is free with free shuttle bus transport from Cabramatta, Canley Vale and Fairfield train stations.

Bring It On! Festival is an all ages, drug and alcohol-free event.
