Help at hand on how to vote

Published Wednesday, 1st June 2016

Fairfield LGA has been identified as having a major problem with informal votes.

Council wants our residents’ votes to be counted, so Fairfield Open Libraries will be presenting a series of talks on voting – how to be a voter, how to vote and what happens on election day.

Included will be a description on the new rules for voting for the Senate.

The sessions will be in English and various community languages and are free.
