Eat your way through the authentic, mouth-watering signature dishes of Cabramatta at Fairfield City Council’s inaugural A Taste of Asia open air food fair on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 October.
Enjoy the relaxing ambience of outdoor dining while chilling to the background sounds of live jazz band, the Band Charlotte Jane.
The open air food fair will be filled with outdoor activities including cooking demonstrations, cultural recipe workshops, herb garden displays and delicious tastings available to sample from a wide selection of our famous ‘Signature Dishes’ menu.
For an exclusive experience of the city, our expert guides Taste Tours, will take you on a journey through the hustle and bustle of restaurants and shopping precincts unveiling Cabramatta’s hidden treasures for just $15.
Our walking ‘Signature Dishes’ food crawl will have you tasting and sampling Sydney’s most authentic South East Asian cuisines. Departing at 2.15pm and 4.15pm, the 75 minute walking tour will drop in and taste five mouth-watering signature dishes from selected restaurants and cafes representing the best culinary experiences of Cabramatta.
Little ones will be delighted with the selection of over-sized traditional games available in the play-zone from chess, connect four, giant towers or snakes and ladders keeping them entertained.
