Dutton Lane redevelopment topping out ceremony

The Dutton Lane redevelopment topping out ceremony recognises the completion of the structure components of the building.

The Dutton Lane redevelopment will deliver a dramatic improvement to the urban streetscape of Cabramatta, delivering new jobs and office space as well as public amenities, public open space and new community facilities within the town centre.

Construction commenced in February and Friday 13 November signifies an important milestone for the development - the topping out ceremony recognising the completion of the structure components of the building.

The new, three-storey building will provide retail and office space, community facilities and 275 car spaces, delivering new and improved facilities in Dutton Lane and for Cabramatta Town Centre.

The Dutton Lane development is funded and owned by Fairfield City Council on behalf of all the community.

Attendance by the media needs to be confirmed prior to the event. All visitors are required to wear flat, closed-toed shoes. Council will provide high visibility vests and hard hats.


What: Mayor of Fairfield City, Frank Carbone, Councillors and Hindmarsh will celebrate the major milestone with a topping out ceremony and site tour.
