Commencing Monday 13 May 2024 and finishing on Thursday 27 June 2024

Gyms in Parks is Fairfield City Council's free 7-week exercise program using the outdoor fitness equipment and walking tracks across two local parks - Fairfield Heights Park (Fairfield Heights) & Bareena Park (Canley Vale).

Fairfield Heights Park: Mondays and Wednesdays, 9:30 – 10:30am

Bareena Park: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30 - 10:30am

Qualified fitness instructors will guide you through exercises which focus on body weight training using the equipment. Participants will receive free fitness assessments at the beginning and end of the program and a goodie bag on the last day.
