Nominations for the 2022 Fairfield City Women’s Day Award are now open.

Now in its fourth year, the award identifies women who live in the Fairfield Local Government Area that champion excellence in business and leadership in their careers, and influence and inspire others.

Recognising local entrepreneurs, leaders and innovators encourages ambition, empowers confidence and inspires new leaders now and in the future.

We all know successful women who go about their business quietly, whether they’re a lawyer working in the city or a medical researcher in a hospital, now is the time to recognise them and to inspire other young women to achieve their goals.

If you know of a colleague, friend or family member that fits the profile of the Fairfield City Women’s Day Award, visit www.fairfieldcity.nsw.gov.au/womensdayaward to nominate them now.

Nominations close Friday 18 February 2022.

The winner will be announced at the Council Meeting in March 2022.

Past winners:
2021 – Nadia Vella-Taranto of Nadia’s Performance Studio
2020 – Dr Patricia Carnovale of Abbotsbury Veterinary Clinic
2019 – Le Ho of Capital Waste Services and Teabags T-Shop
