Bring It On! Festival – one of Australia’s biggest Youth Week events – will be livestreamed via social media on Friday, 16 April.

This year’s Bring It On! On Tour will be different from previous years. In an effort to ensure the health and wellbeing of local young people, the celebration will be taking place at a smaller scale across three venues.

To make sure that young people from across our City and beyond can still join in, the event will be broadcast via the Fairfield City Youth Facebook page @fairfieldcityyouth.

From 5pm to 9pm, enjoy performances by local artists including Jessica Jade, DanceKool, DMC, the DM SZN, DJ DPAK, DJ STICKY, Kookies N Kream, Dani Madeline, Gemma Navarrete, Midnight Dreamers and Alicia Vares.

Fairfield City Mayor Frank Carbone said that while Bring It On! will look very different this year, he is excited that young people across our City can still be involved.

“The Bring It On! Festival is a special and important celebration of our City’s young people; and their skills, passions and strengths; through music, sport and performance,” Mayor Carbone said.

“For years it has been a must-see event for thousands of teens and young adults and I am pleased that in 2021 we have been able to bring it back, despite restrictions.

“Bring It On! On Tour is our first major event since the COVID-19 pandemic forced the cancellation of our City’s celebrations since March last year.

“This year’s Youth Week theme is ‘Together More Than Ever’ so I encourage everyone to embrace Bring It On! by tuning in to the livestream event and making this year’s Bring It On! On Tour an event not to be missed.”

Tune in online on Friday, 16 April from 5-9pm, on the Fairfield City Youth Facebook page @fairfieldcityyouth
