Adoption of SSDCP Fairfield Forum

Pursuant to Clause 21(2) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2020, Council is giving notice of its decision of 19 October 2021 to adopt a Site Specific Development Control Plan for the Fairfield Forum site, 8 to 36 Station Street Fairfield. The plan will come into effect on the day that Fairfield Local Environmental Plan 2013 Amendment No.36 is published on the NSW Legislation website.
