NSW Government update to COVID restrictions:

Stay-at-home orders across all of Greater Sydney are in force to protect the community from the evolving COVID-19 outbreak.

Following updated health advice from the NSW Government, the stay-at-home orders will apply to all people in Greater Sydney including the Blue Mountains, Central Coast and Wollongong until 11.59pm on Friday July 30.

Everyone in Greater Sydney must stay at home unless it is for an essential reason.

The reasons you may leave your home include:

  • Exercise outdoors in groups of 2 (unless members of the same household) and
  • Essential work, or education, where you cannot work or study from home.

Community sport and weddings will not be permitted during this period. Funerals will be limited to 10 people and masks must be worn indoors.

Online learning for students will also continue. Schools will remain open for students who need them and no child will be turned away from school.
