Cool down at Aquatopia this summer

Council values family relationships and we pride ourselves on bringing families together by providing great outdoor experiences across the city for everyone to enjoy.

Aquatopia has been an amazing success for the whole community, providing fun, affordable outdoor activities for local families.

We’re in for a long hot summer again this year and we want to help you keep cool while having fun outdoors with your families and friends.

Aquatopia opens for the season this Saturday, just in time for the school holidays.

Each time I visit I am happy to see so many smiling faces and children enjoying fun outdoors with their friends and family. A record 78,269 visitors came through the turnstiles last season.

Aquatopia’s attractions include the Fishpipe, the new 20-metre high-speed slides as well as the 10-metre slide tower, Adventure Aqua Tower, Wave Rider and toddlers’ play pool.

But Council is adding even more to the park – new amenities and more cabanas that you can book to enjoy parties with your friends and families.

We are also designing a Wave Pool with artificial beach with breaking waves, recreating an authentic beach experience without the long drives and expense of a beach getaway.

Council also has plans to keep Aquatopia open all year round with, exciting non-aquatic activities. More will be revealed soon about what these new activities will be but they will be like nothing you have ever seen in Fairfield City.

The popularity of Aquatopia has seen the park continue to grow since it opened in 2016. I can’t wait to reveal the next exciting chapter to local families in the coming months.
