Flood maps for the development of flood affected land
Development of flood affected land requires detailed information such as flood level contours and flood risk precincts. If you have purchased Section 10.7 (2) & (5) Planning Certificate for a flood affected property, you can request this additional information to assist with your development.
Once you have received your Section 10.7 (2) & (5) Planning Certificate, send an email to email@example.com with the details listed below (which can be taken from the front page of the Planning Certificate – see below):
- Your name
- Certificate Number
- Property Address
- Property Legal Description
It is estimated that you will receive your flood map in 2 working days.
