English Tutor

Organisation: Navitas Skilled Futures
Time Commitment: Once a week (Monday to Sunday), ongoing, flexible.

Position Description:

  • Tutors offer informal English Language tuition to new migrants and refugees with one-on-one lessons for 1 hour per week, face to face (online during Covid).
  • Anyone can be a tutor, even if your first language is not English, and teaching experience is not necessary.
  • Free training and resources are provided with ongoing support by a qualified teacher.
  • Engage meaningfully with members of your local community, helping people develop their English skills and settle in Australia.
