Welcome to the Workary

The Workary is located on level 1 of the Whitlam Library Cabramatta and features small bookable community meeting rooms and event spaces that accommodates up to 100 people. The Workary provides free services and programs that supports tertiary students, job seekers, people looking for a career change, remote office workers, start-ups and anyone who wants to turn their business idea into a reality.  

Fairfield City Council believes the health and well-being of the broader community are closely tied to the success of the community's career paths.

The Workary provides free advice to businesses through our partnership with Business Connect. Business Connect advisers provide referral services in English, Vietnamese, Arabic and Cantonese/Mandarin.

Whether you’re just starting out with a great business idea or looking to expand and grow your business NSW Government’s Business Connect services can help you on your journey. Your initial one-to-one session is absolutely FREE* and will cover all you need to know to get started.

Business Connect can also match you to advisors with language and cultural skills in Arabic, Cantonese, Mandarin and Vietnamese. Their advisors are accredited professionals with first-hand experience of running their own small business. 

*First four hours of the business advisory session, at no cost; unless clients have already used those hours by speaking with other advisers or attending workshops.
