The new wave pool with breaking waves within the Aquatopia was opened on Saturday, 20 November 2021.

The project includes cabana areas, additional barbecues, shade umbrellas, new amenities and change rooms, and a multi-function all-weather covered area with stage and cinema screen for parties, ceremonies and moonlight shows.

The reconfiguration of existing car parking to maximise parking for the centre will also be included.

Options are also being considered in the next 12-18 months for the installation of exciting non-aquatic activities enabling the park to operate all year round.

The new attraction joins the exciting line-up of rides already in operation, including the high speed thrill slide tower, three giant slides, an adventure aqua tower with 79 unique and fun elements, the Fishpipe, WaveRider surf ride, and toddler play area.

Cabanas and BBQ facilities are available for hire for parties and corporate events.
