Cabramatta Lunar New Year

Held in February each year in Cabramatta Town Centre.

Lunar New Year is a celebration of the arrival of spring in the northern hemisphere and the beginning of a new year on the lunisolar calendar. It is the most important holiday in China, and it is also widely celebrated in Vietnam.

Bring It On! Youth Festival

Held in April each year at Fairfield Showground.

A free event for youth aged 12 - 24 years of age, featuring Live Music, Main Stage, DJ, Amusement Rides, Market Stalls, Podcast Lounge, Food and Drink, Workshops, Live & Local Stage, Basketball & Volleyball Court, Arcade Games.

Culinary Carnival

Culinary Carnival is a celebration of our City's international flavours, cuisines, and cultures. Food stalls and food trucks line Ware Street & Spencer Street where you can dine in an atmosphere of autumn colour.

Cabramatta Moon Festival

Held in September each year in Cabramatta Town Centre.

Cabramatta Moon Festival, NSW's biggest South-East Asian festival attracts 80,000 participants during the Sunday celebrations. The Town Centre is closed to traffic to bring to life the extraordinary community event with close to 100 stalls, Main Stage with entertainment, rides, and a fireworks finale. Take the train!

Illuminate NYE

Held on the 31 December each year at the Fairfield Showground.

Fairfield City's New Year's Eve event attracts 10,000 residents and visitors with tickets on sale prior to the event.

The Showground is alive with entertainment, food trucks, and spectacular fireworks to welcome in the new year.

Families enjoy setting up picnics in front of the Main Stage, celebrating as one community.
