Council’s Local Infrastructure Contribution Plan 2023 was recently approved by Council and came into effect on 26 February 2024.
The NSW Government is keeping our public spaces safe, accessible and enjoyable for our community now and into the future.
The new Public Spaces Unattended Property laws commence on 1 November 2022.
These new laws repeal and replace the outdated Impounding Act 1993 to create stronger incentives for people to take responsibility for their property in public - such as stock animals, vehicles, shopping trolleys, bikes and kayaks.
