Business papers consist of Agendas which contain reports detailing the matters discussed and Minutes taken live during the meeting. These documents, excluding confidential items, are available to the public under the Local Government Act 1993. The following considerations should be noted:
- Recommendations and notices of motion(s) are proposals to the Council for their consideration.
- Council may adopt, amend, determine a different course of action, or decline to pursue any course of action.
- The decision of the Council becomes a resolution of the Council and is recorded in the Minutes.
- The business papers are linked by common item titles and numbers.
In accordance with the Code of Meeting Practice, Council is required to livestream (audio-visual broadcast) its Council and committee meetings.
All recordings of the livestream will be kept on this webpage for the duration of the council term.
Council may be required to amend or redact portions of the meeting recording due to legal reasons either during the proceedings or following their conclusion. Where a recording has been altered, a note will be provided below to advise of the alteration.

Council or Extraordinary Council meetings are broadcast live. Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month or as required from 7.00pm.

Watch Outcomes Committee and Services Committee Meeting
Outcomes and Services Committee meetings are broadcast live. Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month.
Outcomes Committee meetings begin at 6.30pm and Services Committee meetings begin at the conclusion of the Outcomes Committee.
