Warehouse 1 will have a total gross floor area of 21,517 sqm, divided into four (4) separate units, and one-hundred-twenty-six (126) car parking spaces. Warehouse 2 will have a total gross floor area of 23,252 sqm divided into four (4) separate units, and one-hundred-seventy-four (174) parking spaces.

Development Applications will be on exhibition at Council’s Administration Centre, 86 Avoca Road, Wakeley between 8.30am to 4.30pm (Monday to Friday) in accordance with the exhibition period specified above.

Submissions may be made to the City Manager, in writing until 4.30pm on the final day of the exhibition period.
