Fairfield City Mayor Frank Carbone said Council's Australia Day events bring together family members of all ages.

"Australia Day is a chance to celebrate life in Australia, celebrate our City's diversity and reflect on our achievements and what it means to be part of this great nation." He said.

"I encourage everyone to come and enjoy the activities and celebrations."

The whole family can take advantage of free entry to the pool while grooving along to the DJ and other activities and entertainment. Children under the age of 16 years require supervision.

Fairfield Youth and Community Centre, Vine Street, Fairfield
The Fairfield Youth Centre will be open and free so everyone can enjoy this great facility to rock climb, trampoline and play table tennis and basketball. The Adventure Park and obstacle course is also nearby.
