At its Council meeting held on 28 November 2023, Council resolved to adopt the Fairfield City Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan 2023 (Section 7.11 and Section 7.12) (2023-2041). The new Plan will commence on 19 February 2024. A copy of the Council report can be viewed via the link below:

This public notice of the approval of the Fairfield City Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan 2023 and that date on which it will come into effect (19 February 2024) is accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021.
Upon the commencement of the Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan 2023 (i.e. 19 February 2024) the following contributions plans will be repealed:
- Fairfield City Direct (Section 7.11) Development Contributions Plan 2011
- Fairfield City Indirect (Section 7.12) Development Contributions Plan 2011
Savings and transitional arrangements for development applications and complying development certificates are included in the Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan 2023.
