Award winning Cabramatta Moon Festival 

Cabramatta Moon Festival 2024 won Best Multicultural Show/Event at the 2024 Western Sydney Tourism Awards!

The inaugural Awards, hosted by Western Sydney Tourism Taskforce NSW Inc, was a night to remember as industry leaders, government officials and tourism businesses came together to honour the best of the region's visitor economy.

Here is a lookback at the incredible experiences we shared with our community: 

• The event featured a live cooking demonstration by Chef Vincent Lim and a premier Michael Jackson tribute concert, The King of Pop Show at the main stage 
• A new addition to the festival was the Lion's Den on Railway Parade, which attracted large crowds to watch the amazing cultural performances
• Attendees also enjoyed stunning performances from the Siam Classic Dance Studio and Vietnamese Traditional Dance. Alpha Unit Martial Arts, K-Pop dances by Horizon, Kookies n Kream which was followed by a thrilling stunt show by Dauntless Movement Crew
• Additional fun on the main stage included Blue Star Bingo, food competitions at Cabra-Vale Diggers, and the Cabramatta Moon Festival Lantern Parade.

Our young ones were able to enjoy the festival just as much as our adults! With fun activities scattered around the event site for kids to enjoy:

• Face painting
• Interactive HeliSim helicopter
• Kids' crafts
• Amusement rides
• Carnival games

A special highlight for families was the Kung Fu Panda and the Gold Dragons meet and greet, which brought more excitement to the day and enabled families to capture this memorable moment!
