Keep the kids active and engaged these summer holidays with a range of exciting activities and workshops at Council’s libraries, leisure centres and Fairfield City Museum & Gallery. Registrations are essential and details can be found below.

Active Kids School Holiday Program

Fairfield Leisure Centre and Fairfield Youth & Community Centre

55 Vine Street, Fairfield

Children ages 5-12 will have a blast at the Active Kids School Holiday Program held over two weeks at the Fairfield Leisure Centre Precinct; including the Fairfield Leisure Centre, Youth and Community Centre and Adventure Park. Sessions run between 10 – 14 January and 17 – 21 January 2022 from 8.30am-4pm daily and incorporate a range of physical activities to allow children to learn new skills, make friends and stay active.

Prices start at $50 per day, per child.

Learn to Swim Holiday Program

Private lessons and an intensive class program available from 4 – 28 January at Cabravale, Fairfield and Prairiewood leisure centres.

*Excludes weekends and public holidays.

Aquatopia Water Park

Get ready for another bumper season at Fairfield City’s hottest attraction Aquatopia! With the brand new Wave Pool, 20-metre thrill slides, Adventure Aqua Tower and toddler pool, Aquatopia is the go-to place this summer. Prices start at $16 per person or $59 for a family pass for Fairfield City residents. Aquatopia is open every day during the school holidays except Christmas Day.

Dinosaur Puppet Show

Ages: 5-12

Jeral Puppets present an exciting, live puppet show starring Deena, a baby dinosaur kidnapped by Tyrannosaurus Rex and rescued by the flying Pteranodon. Featuring lots of different dinosaurs and an erupting volcano. Registration required.
