Bring the heat and feel the burn at our FREE evening Zumba classes at Fairfield Youth and Community Centre from 6.30pm to 7.30pm, through this years cooler months.
Zumba fitness is a dance-based aerobic exercise class that is suitable for everyone offering a range of benefits including improving aerobic fitness, body composition and balance.
One of Council’s priorities is to make Fairfield City one of the best recreational precincts in South Western Sydney. These evening classes will ensure that working mums too can participate in a Council initiative that is about having fun while keeping fit during the winter months.
