Zumba Classes

Get ready to shake, shimmy and salsa your way through our two FREE Zumba sessions every Wednesday night from 2 September – 25 November at Fairfield Showground!

Led by our wonderful Leisure Centre Group Fitness Instructors, these back-to-back classes are all about fun, fitness and feeling fabulous.

Class Times:

5:30pm – Zumba Gold: More suitable for beginners and seniors
6:30pm – Zumba: High-energy fun for all fitness levels

What You Need to Know

One-time waiver required, then sign in each week
Open to ages 16+ only

Zumba fitness is a dance-based aerobic exercise class that is suitable for everyone offering a range of benefits including improving aerobic fitness, body composition and balance.

Location instructions:

Due to construction works at Fairfield Showground, entry will be via the Smithfield Road Northern Entrance (beside the Golf Course). Participants can park in P7 and enter via Gate 11 behind the stage.
