Mobile Library Van Design and Fit-Out
About the Request for Quote
Fairfield City Council is seeking Quotations from appropriately qualified and experienced professional vehicle organisations that specialise in customised vehicle solutions to design, manufacture the internal fit-out of a mobile library van. The base vehicle will be supplied by Fairfield city Council.

Respondents enquiries should be directed to Procurement via the online forum. Responses can be submitted via the Electronic Tendering eProcure Online Response Form.
Respondents to Note
In the preparation and submission of the quotation and without limiting the Respondents obligations, the Respondent shall submit a response which includes all requirements including the Respondent Declaration and any other declaration required completely filled in together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the Submission complete. The Respondent shall not submit a response without a firm intention to proceed nor engage in any form of collusive practice not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.

Closing Date and Time
Request for Quotation closes at 2.30 pm AEST on Wednesday 26 July 2023 and submissions must be received in full prior to this time. Late submissions may not be accepted.
