Waste and Recycling

Your weekly red lidded bin and fortnightly yellow-lidded bin collections will continue as normal.

Kerbside Clean-up service will re-commence Monday 2 August - ALL households will need to book-in for a bulky waste collection.

Help Council collect your waste bins safely during COVID-19.

If you have been quarantined, in self-isolation, suspect you have COVID-19, or have flu like symptoms please help to stop the spread.

Double bag all waste and place it in the garbage (red or dark green lidded) bin only. Be especially vigilant with tissues, linen, towels, sanitary napkins, incontinence aids, face masks and gloves.

Your bins may be collected a little earlier in the day during COVID-19. Please make sure you put your bin out the night before and don't leave it to the morning on your collection day.

As always, remember to put them clear of parked cars, trees and poles!

Thank you for your help. We're all in this together.

To comply with the COVID-19 Public Health Order issued by the NSW Government, the following services are:

  • Recycling Drop Off Centre – temporarily closed.
  • Sustainable Resource Centre – re-opening Monday 2 August to commercial clients only, no hand unloads. Operating hours Monday to Friday 7am to 3:45pm.
