The community has voted for ‘Cobber’ and ‘Bunji’ as the names for Council’s two new community buses. Both names refer to friendship.

    The naming of Council’s two new community buses has been narrowed to three choices from more than 120 suggestions from the community.

    Richards Road will be temporarily closed between Smithfield and Winburndale roads for up to eight weeks from 4 September 2019 to allow it to be realigned with the Fairfield Showground entrance.

    The Dutton Lane redevelopment is nearly completed. We have changed some of the traffic flow in and around the Dutton Lane carpark to be ready for the new carpark opening.
